Kombuchery is raw, unpasteurized, and full of active cultures, yet every unopened bottle can be stored without refrigeration. How is this possible?

Since our founding in 2019, we have intensively researched, developed, and tested – until we developed our own, protected PrioBiotic Complex. With it, you can enjoy the best raw kombucha without chilled storage.

Of course, we cannot reveal the exact secret recipe, but we want to explain transparently what is behind it: We rely on a multi-stage fermentation process, in which we pay close attention to the natural processes. The sugar is almost completely metabolized, and any alcohol is partially further metabolized in the subsequent process. With less than 2.3 g of sugar per 100 ml, our kombucha contains about 50% less sugarthan most others – which not only makes it lighter and healthier but also deprives microorganisms of the nutrient basis for unwanted further fermentation.

Additionally, we fill each bottle on a specialized high-tech facility under particularly hygienic conditions to minimize the introduction of unwanted microorganisms as much as possible. This is complex and rare but ensures that our kombucha remains stable without needing to be heated, pasteurized, or preserved.

And nature also helps: Due to the naturally low pH value and the targeted control of the yeasts contained, our kombucha is safely shelf-stable and remains 100% raw, active, and authentic.
