For our kombucha, we use only pure organic ingredients that are cultivated and processed with great care. The base is high-quality Sencha green tea, refined with aromatic herbs, superfoods, and organic fruits from sustainable cultivation – for the best taste and highest quality. Our ingredients are 100% vegan, organic, and free from artificial additives or flavors. In addition to the natural microorganisms from fermentation, Kombuchery also contains probiotic Lactobacillus Rhamnosus cultures – a treat for your stomach and your well-being.

Slow fermentation for natural enjoyment

The production of our kombucha follows a traditional fermentation process that we have perfected over the years. Slow and careful fermentation allows the flavors to fully develop. Natural yeasts and bacteria convert sugar into healthy enzymes and organic acids. Thanks to our complex process , valuable cultures and nutrients are preserved in every bottle . We consciously avoid pasteurization – only this way can the full effect and freshness be preserved. The result: a sustainably produced kombucha with a unique flavor and natural vibrancy.

Our bottling is carried out under the highest hygiene standards and with the utmost care to ensure that every bottle of kombucha remains as fresh and high-quality as it leaves our brewery. For our new packaging, we use bottles made from 100% recycled PET – lightweight, shatter-proof, and ideal for on-the-go consumption. Despite their lighter weight, they offer more content than before – for even greater enjoyment. Thanks to the disposable deposit, the bottle can be conveniently returned anywhere and goes back into the recycling cycle. This way, we save resources, reduce CO₂, and make conscious consumption even easier. Each bottle is carefully sealed so that you can enjoy our kombucha exactly as it was intended – refreshing, full-flavored, and with a good feeling.

As soon as your kombucha is bottled, it will be delivered to your home quickly and in a climate-neutral manner. We rely on sustainable packaging that minimizes the ecological footprint without compromising the quality and freshness of the product. This means your kombucha always arrives safely and in an environmentally conscious packaging! And the best part: Our rPET bottles hold more content – ​​for even more enjoyment. After you've drunk your kombucha, you can easily and conveniently return the bottles anywhere. Thanks to the lightweight packaging made from 100% recycled rPET, the bottles are returned to the recycling cycle and can be reused for the next round of fresh kombucha.

Less sugar, more enjoyment

In our kombucha, we use high-quality raw cane sugar, which is almost completely broken down during the fermentation process. The final sugar content is just 2.3 g per 100 ml – that's up to 77% less sugar than in conventional lemonades, soft drinks, or energy drinks, and even up to 50% less than in many other kombucha beverages. Despite the low sugar content, the flavor remains intense and refreshing – just the way we like it. Through the natural fermentation process, our kombucha develops a complex array of flavors, offering a full-bodied and tangy experience.

And best of all, we don't add any additional vitamins or minerals – all ingredients come directly from our high-quality organic ingredients or are created naturally during the fermentation process.
